How do I order an item?
Ordering from the Jansen Holland webshop is very simple. We have divided all our brands and products into different categories so that you have a clear overview of our assortment. When you find the fabric you like, simply click on ‘Add to cart’ to place the fabric in your shopping cart. When you’re ready to complete your order, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen and then click on the ‘Checkout’ button. On the screen that follows, you can enter your details and choose a payment method.
Where can I see the total cost of my order?
The quickest way to see the total value of your order is by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen and then clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button. Adjust the country to see the total cost (for destinations outside the European Union, the total will not include taxes/import duties).
Does jansenholland.com offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer our customers worldwide free delivery for orders of € 200 (or the equivalent in USD and GBP currency) or more.
Which countries do you deliver?
We try to deliver in all countries. If our website doesn’t support delivering to your country please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will make a custom made offer.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t apply a minnimum order quantity: you can order just one article.
Can I order more then ten pieces of one specific fabric?
Yes, if you would like more than ten pieces of one specific color and design, please send us an email with your request.
Can I receive a sample?
We cannot send out samples of our fabrics.
Do I need to register?
Yes, when you proceed to pay for your order, we ask you to create an account. You only need to do this once; for any future orders, you can easily log in. With your login, you have access to your personal account and can consult your order history among other things.
What payment options are available?
We offer you various options to make your payment as simple as possible. You can, depending on your country of residence, choose from credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), bank wire transfer -in advance-, MisterCash, Apple Pay, Paypal, Afterpay (Klarna), Sofortbanking (Klarna), iDEAL, Bancontact.
Can I return my order?
You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at customerservice@jansenholland.com for returns, providing the reason for the return and specifying whether you want to exchange the fabrics or request a refund. Afterward, you can send the goods to the address below.

Shipment and returns
Packages are typically shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received, using the most competitively priced parcel carrier. Shipments within the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and other destinations within the European Union are sent via DHL with track & trace. International shipments are dispatched through DHL Express with track & trace.
Delivery Lead Times Carriers (Standard Service*):
– USA & Canada: 2-3 working days
– Netherlands: 1 working day
– Belgium: 2 working days
– France: 2-3 working days
– Germany: 2-3 working days
– United Kingdom: 1-2 working days
All other countries: Lead times are displayed during the checkout process.
* In most cases, DHL Express delivery is optionally available as well.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the shipment and include the cost of packaging materials and handling. Especially for shipments within the EU, we recommend consolidating items into a single order whenever possible. Please note that we typically cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and in that case, shipping costs will apply separately to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that your goods are well-protected.
The internationally used Incoterms are Ex Works or Delivery Duty Unpaid (EXW, DDU).
Returns:
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
