Shipment and returns
After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order confirmation is settled when payment is accepted. Our system will automatically put your order in process when payment is accepted. The Jansen Holland team will start prepare your order at the moment your order is accepted by payment.
Your order will be sent by us to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will send you a Track & Trace code. Your package will be delivered by a parcel delivery company.
Shipping delivery time
If you place your order during the weekdays, and payment is accepted Jansen Holland will send your goods within 1-2 days. If you ordering in the weekend the goods will be shipped on at the earliest after the weekend on Monday. Below you can see a timetable of all types of delivery, specified by country. Any delay occurred cause inability like covid-19 lock-downs or problems that occurs during the transport what is not fault of Jansen Holland or logistic partners cannot be claimed by the customer or receiver of the goods.
When any problem occurs Jansen Holland team and its partners will start to solve any delay as soon as possible by following the procedures. Jansen Holland will inform you with the highest accuracy to keep you updated.

All shipments within the EU will be delivered by DHL Parcel or local partners of DHL Parcel in your area.
All shipments to USA will be delivered by DHL Express service door to door.
All shipments to other countries outside EU and NON-USA are being shipped with the best carrier at the moment you have placed your order. Jansen Holland is besides DHL working with FedEx, UPS and Skynet. Australia mainly with Skynet, Canada with FedEx.
All shipments to EU countries are free of charge above purchase value of €100 Euro.
All shipments to the UK including North-Ireland are free of charge above above purchase value of £200 GBP.
All shipment to USA are free of charge above purchase value of $250 Dollar.
If your delivery country is one the above mentioned and the purchase value of the goods is lower than the minimum for free delivery, the system will automatically calculates the amount for shipment based on the quantity of goods to ship.
Keep in mind, any duties or taxes may occur before delivery your goods if your country of delivery is not within the EU.
Local duties and taxes cannot be claimed at Jansen Holland.
Shipping rates for Switzerland and Canary Islands are subject to extra high documentation cost.
Track your order
When your parcel is scanned by the shipping agent before delivery, you will be updated by email of text message. Text messaging is only available when you entered your mobile number.

After we received your request for return we will respond as soon as possible.
Every return is a personal case and will be handled with the best service.
You may return goods within 30 days after purchase. The goods must be in original condition with labels/stickers and packaging. Fabrics that are used already for confection, pre-cut or damaged by your own use cannot be returned.
Return cost will be taken under consideration after you contacted our customer service.
Return of goods that are damaged or with stains at the moment of arriving at your place have to be reported to our customer service within 7 working days after you received your goods, or at least as soon as possible you are able to report.
After your return is received by our logistic department we will inform you as soon as possible and will continue with the procedures.
