It’s very easy to purchase an item on jansenholland.com. We divided all our brands and products in different categories, so you have a clear overview what you are looking for. When you find the fabric you want, just click on “add to cart” and the fabric will be waiting in the shopping cart untill you are ready to make your payment in the check out.

The quickest way to see the total cost of your order is to put your cursor on your shopping cart. A pop out will apear. Here you see a list of the items you have selected and it automatically sums up the total cost with the taxs included. 

Yes, we offer our customers worldwide free delivery above €220.- or the equivalent in USD and GBP currency.
Free delivery will not apply according sale activitities like Christmas sales, Black Friday, Ramadan, Easter and others.

We try to deliver in all countries. If our website doesn’t support delivering to your country please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will make a custom made offer.

Yes, we offer our customers  free delivery above €250.- for EU delivery and USD 350,- for USA and Canada delivery.

No we have no minimum, you can order one item only.

Yes, if you would like more then ten pieces of one specific color and design send us an email with your request.

We do not send out samples of our fabrics.

Yes, when you go to the check out for your payment, you need to create a private account. You only need to do this one time so the next time you want to order you can use your login. 
Your private account contains a lot of benefits like your ordering history and a wishlist.

We offer you various options to make your payment as easy as possible. The options you can choose from are iDEAL, Bankwire/transfer, Mistercash, Sofortbanking and Paypal. If you would like to pay with you creditcard you can use Paypal.   

Returning your product is easy. Please contact us on [email protected] for returns with the reason of return, if you would like to replace or if you would like to have a refund. After you can ship the goods to the address below.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by the most favourable freight company available at the moment. European shipments within islands are shipped by DHL road service. Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) is shipped or by Postservice or DHL road depending on the total weight.
International shipments are shipped with DHL-Express, FedEx, UPS, Skynet with tracking and drop-off.

Keep in mind Jansenholland.com is not responsible for any local duties.
Jansen Holland has a notification within the checkout. You will be notified when your shipment is going abroad the EU to inform you that you have to be aware of the local duties.
When you confirm payment you confirm our terms and conditions and you confirm that you have seen the notification. However this notification is a service of Jansenholland and not a restricted need.
If for some reason you do not accept to pay any local duties, your order will be destroyed or returned to Jansen Holland. Any cost that occures for destroyment or return of your order will be deducted for your refund.

The Incoterms used interionally are EX WORKS or Delivery Duty Unpaid (EXW, DDU)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We mostly not able to group two distinct orders placed separately. However shipping fees will apply than to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. International packages are sealed with black foil to protect the box of any liqueds like rain.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
