Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM (Amsterdam time - CET) are dispatched the same day.

Within the EU, shipments are sent with DHL (you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link); international orders are shipped with DHL Express (track & trace). In most cases, DHL Express delivery is also available as an optional upgrade.
