The company is renowned not only for offering the highest standards and the most beautiful collections - proudly representing premium brands such as Julius Holland, Victoire, Vlisco, Getzner, and many more - but also for its dedication to delivering exceptional service and lasting customer satisfaction.

Our history

Jansen Naninck B.V. was established in 1935 by Mr. J.C. Jansen and his wife Mrs. C.M.A. Naninck, laying the foundation of a family business built on tradition, quality, and passion for premium African fabrics.

From its early years, the company worked with P.F. van Vlissingen & Co’s Katoenfabrieken - today known as Vlisco - also based in Helmond, fostering a partnership that continues to this day and has spanned more than 90 years.

The first large warehouse opened on Pistoriusstraat in Helmond, creating the space needed to serve a growing community of loyal customers. Many more warehouses would follow in the years ahead.

The company moved to a new neighborhood with one main warehouse, centralizing operations and setting the stage for future expansion and long-term growth.

J.L.M. Jansen, representing the second generation, opened his first store dedicated to fashion fabrics. The success was remarkable, leading to the opening of nine additional stores in the years that followed.

The company moved to its current location at Engelseweg in Helmond, where a strong foundation was laid for future growth and continuity.

As the third generation, B.J.C.G. Jansen took over the company from his father, proudly continuing the family legacy while guiding Jansen Holland into a new era.

The company succesfully established its own brands: Julius Holland, offering premium wax prints, and Victoire, a distinguished high-end brocade line.

The company proudly celebrates 90 years of experience in the African fashion market. Renowned for its premium brands - including Julius Holland, Victoire, Vlisco, Getzner and many more - Jansen Holland continues to distinguish itself through excellence, authenticity, and a tradition of outstanding customer service.

In Quarter 4 of 2025 the company presents its new online shop, a modern platform that showcases premium African lifestyle items and fashion with a renewed, more appealing design and - most importantly- greater convenience for customers.
