Delivery & Returns
We offer free shipping for orders starting at € 200 (or $200/£200).
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM (Amsterdam time - CET) are dispatched the same day.
Within the EU, shipments are sent with DHL (track & trace); international orders are shipped with DHL Express (track & trace).
In most cases, DHL Express delivery is also available as an optional upgrade.
Typical delivery times:
- Belgium: 2 working days
- France: 3 working days
- Germany: 2-3 working days
- Netherlands: 1 working day
- UK: 1-2 working days
- USA & Canada: 2-3 working days
- Other countries: shown at checkout
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your parcel. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
Shipping costs depend on destination and order weight. We do not charge extra for packaging and handling.
Taxes & duties
Within the European Union, VAT is included in our prices (import duties never apply here).
For the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and New Zealand, duties and/or taxes are settled at checkout for faster delivery and no extra charges upon delivery.
For all other countries, our prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means local taxes, duties, and fees may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations*.
Some countries apply a tax-free threshold (for example, GBP 135 in the UK or AUD 1,000 in Australia).
* If, for any reason, you choose not to pay local taxes or duties, your order may be returned to Jansen Holland or destroyed by customs. In such cases, we will be required to deduct any related costs from your refund. Thank you for your comprehension.

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt. Please email customerservice@jansenholland.com

* Refunds may show as pending for up to 2 business days while they are being processed. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Please note that the refund may appear as a reversal of the original charge rather than a separate credit.
