Ordering from the Jansen Holland webshop is very simple. All our brands and products are divided into categories, giving you a clear overview of our assortment. When you find a fabric you like, simply click ‘Add to cart’ to place it in your shopping bag. When you’re ready to complete your order, click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of your screen and then click the ‘Checkout’ button. On the following screen, you can enter your details and choose a payment method.

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. Simply proceed to checkout and enter your details as a guest.

No, we don’t apply a minimum order quantity - you can order just a single item.

Within the European Union, VAT is included in our prices.

For the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and New Zealand, duties and/or taxes are settled at checkout for faster delivery and no extra charges upon delivery.

For the United Kingdom, prices include tax, with duties calculated at checkout.

For all other countries, our prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means local taxes, duties, and fees may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Yes, we offer free worldwide delivery on orders over €200 (or $200/£200).

We aim to deliver to all countries. If our website does not currently support delivery to your country, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with a custom offer.

Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM (Amsterdam time - CET) are dispatched the same day.

Within the EU, shipments are sent with DHL (track & trace); international orders are shipped with DHL Express (track & trace). In most cases, DHL Express delivery is also available as an optional upgrade.
